Try before you buy
The free version of BarFlow BBS is available to everyone, and BarFlow Cutting Plan includes 3 free runs, so you can check the layout, the shapes and the way they work with your own data before buying a licence. Because of this, our refund window is short.
3-day refund
If you cannot make a licence work on your computer, or the Software does not do what this website says it does, and we cannot fix it, you can ask for a full refund within 3 days of the purchase.
If a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country gives you a longer or wider right, that law applies.
How to ask
Email support@barflowapp.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will first try to solve it (most activation problems are a wrong or old Computer ID and are fixed within a day). If it cannot be solved, the refund is made to the original payment method through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy.
What is not refunded
- Requests after 3 days, or after the licence has been shared or used on other computers.
- A change of mind after heavy use, or results you did not check before use on site (see the Terms).
- A licence that was entered with the wrong Computer ID: we reissue it free of charge instead.
